for susan
Susan, decided it was high time that somebody put together a video/film of the Traditional Vaquero legacy...the result is the first film in a series to be released in the coming months. Currently enjoying much admiration, and adulation, the film "The Gathering" made a partail debut, in February, at the Autry Muesum. These are some crowd shots, and fun things, to commemorate the evening. A great time was had by all, and Susan is off to a great start. A showing in Santa Ynez, and then in Fountain Hills, Arizona, have cemented her drive, and desire to document these traditional vaquero riders, their horses, and the style that makes the Californios style, so unique, and sought after..if you get a chance to purchase the DVD, you will love watching the horsemanship...a treat! thank you Susan for allowing me to participate, in a small way, and I wish you continued success as you continue your quest...

The Mundells, made fabulous black silk wild rags, and presented them to all attendees, cute box, catchy logo..dear to me, Jeff and Amy, they made a great statement rag..they were all gone, when the end of the evening rolled around, and somehow I missed one, but I have seen Janine wearing hers, while we are out riding, and they ARE stunning. Whooohoooom thanks Jeff & Amy.
